Bad bad bad service from Ups

The worse experience ever, I was so frustrated with this people, the people in the call told me to pay customs I never recieved my parcel from iherb, iherb refund me but ups never refunded my money, emails upon emails, phone calls nothing help, nobody can assist you, don't buy pills, supplements oversea, because the SA health association must look at it, and all the *****nce starts there, but Ups was suppose to assist me because of them I lost my money, IHerb did give me a refund but not Ups
