Awful Service!

I received a parcel two day ago, got a call that I need to pay an amount of R380.00 for duties and taxes. The content of the parcel is not even worth that much. I've tried calling someone at the Johannesburg branch to find out what the charges are for, backwards and forwards for hour and half and still have no concrete answer! I have been receiving the same parcels from my friend in the UK for the past 5 years, coming to SA then delivered to me by Dawn Wing.......NEVER had any issues, nor did I have to pay one sent to receive my parcel. ABSOLUTELY AWEFULL service and customer service.
