Avoid UPS if you actually want service

I would rate UPS at -100 stars. Possibly the most useless and unhelpful company I have ever come across. A parcel was sent from the US. on 20 July. By 10 August it still had not arrived. UPS claimed that they were unable to contact us - but no attempt had been made. Numerous attempts were made to phone them, but when EVENTUALLY the phone was answered, the disinterested unhelpful agents just put me on hold. It appears that UPS will NOT provide any service. I will never use UPS again and asked our overseas agents NEVER to use them again.
