Avoid UPS

This is the second time in 3 months I have an issue with this company in Johannesburg. Both are incoming items. 1. I got a free catalog for I hd to provide an invoice. The more I and the supplier explained it was free, the more they kept on. They still have the catalog.

2. I bought products in the UK. Upon arrival in SA the value of the product is more than what I paid for. I have submitted the invoice, the payment receipt, and the conversion from GBP to ZAR on day of payment. Still they value the items more. Now they are threatening with a release fee. I am waiting for that-I have a few good layers, I do hope they have too. And there is Carte Blanche too..........

Conclusion: Avoid UPS like a plague - they are not worth dealing with.
