Avoid this one

I have been waiting for more than a week to get my customs invoice from UPS. I need to pay the invoice so the shipment can be released. I have been sending mails and even phoned today to get a response. I so regret using UPS for my international shipment and would advise anyone not to make the same mistake by having high hopes for a well known company. Will you respond now UPS?
