AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I shipped a package of personal items from italy to South Africa and received an invoice of R850 (43 euros) which includes fees meant for SARS and “handling fees” for UPS. I legally do not owe SARS money for personal items and I even filled in a personal effects form which I emailed to a UPS agent, yet I still received this invoice. And there was no mention of “handling fees” when I paid the initial R1200 (60 euros) for this shipment. When I tried to resolve this matter the agent via email they simply rep**** “ check the invoice.” I will never use UPS services again and I highly reccomend everyone to avoid it. I wish I had checked Hello Peter before using it the first time.
