Appalling Services from UPS

this service is appalling!!!!!!!! how do you lose parcels in your warehouse that is of value? a box from UK full of certificates got lost in your warehouse. and no one has answers for me. Zweli tried but not getting to a Solution. this is really bad. I don't think I'll ever use your services again.
