Appalling service.

I have received consistently appalling service from UPS. To date I have never received a shipment on the day that UPS said that it would arrive. It is impossible to plan around their delivery schedule because they have not once stuck to it. The online tracking tool cannot be trusted as the delivery date given always passes by without any delivery arrving.
