Almost a month, no package delivered

<p>UPS South Africa still has not delivered my package. The supplier declared the incorrect amount on the package and penalties were charged. The supplier said he will pay for the charges, yet UPS customs has not contacted me regarding the process and when my package will be delivered. I have been calling them often regarding the status yet they cannot give me a straight answer, one day they are short staffed, the next day they are waiting for customs to get back to them. I eventually stated that I will pay for the charges if its taking too long and one has reverted to me regarding the amount or status of my package. Its been 3 weeks since my package is with their customs. This is disappointing UPS.</p>
