Almost 2 weeks and parcel still in Clearance.(Government Regulations)

My parcel is in clearance now for more then 2 weeks. If i didn not call nothing would of happened and would be longer. I dont think the clearance team is up to date with the country laws.I have ordered the same things before and now the hold my parcel for governmental regulatory hold. I have never receive anything this slow from UPS and i will request sending not to use UPS in the future the are very slow. My parcel is in transit since 24/02/2020 and its now 06/03/2020 Even SA post office is quicker.
