Abysmal service I

I bought clothing overseas. The parcel arrived in South Africa but required duty. They had the contact details but no contact was made. The tracking suggests that the package has been abandoned. I have been waiting for the call centre to answer for over an hour. Clearly no one is interested. I use internet shopping constantly and have never experienced such ********** service from any other courier company.
