ABSOLUTLY USELESS SHIPPING COMPANY

i shipped a parcel from France to South Africa with UPS. I paid for express delivery.

This useless company does not care. My parcel has been stuck in their warehouse for several days. No call from them were made to me.

Now days later i called them to understand that they are waiting for me to pay the customs. But i were never send a invoice.

Shipping from France to South Africa - 2 days. shipping the parcel from your warehouse to the client - well this is more that 6 days now.
