I write to bring to your notice the excellent support service I received from Juniad-in copy. I had an unexplainable delay with my parcel and escalated it via Hello Peter- the parcel had taken so long, and I was really frustrated as all efforts to get clarity on the reason for the delay was to no avail.
Junaid picked on this and got in touch with me, I must acknowledge how he did not absolve UPS of the issue, but was honest enough to say that he had not knowledge of the reason for the delay but will make contact with someone who would be in touch with customs as it was awaiting clearance. He kept me abreast of developments, and true to his words to assist me, the parcel was released and due for delivery today.
Owing to how satisfied I am, I felt the need to equally show gratitude for his professionalism, and bring this to your knowledge. Alos, he went further to point me to his contact details and his will to assist in the event that I experience any issues with a parcel sent via UPS in the future. This is indeed is a professional way to initiate a call to action which I will gladly honour, as I had made up my mind not to ever use UPS again.
