Absolutely useless and unhelpful

What an absolutely useless and unhelpful courier company, save yourself the aggravation and use someone else, they do not deliver on the dates they committed on, when you phone the call center they do not answer and if you are lucky enough to finally get to speak to someone they put the phone down after you have been holding on for more than 7 min and when you phone back the same thing, no answer, and please don't fool yourself by trying the different options they offer you on the switchboard because the end result will always stay the same, you won't have your parcel and they just don't care about customers
