Absolutely useless

This is the most *********** and useless company. I honestly don't understand why any business would want to use them for shipment and delivery. I have been waiting for an incoming shipment from the US for a week, it's been a week long case of non-delivery and phoning the "call centre" is like playing broken telephone getting transferred back and forth between departments. I would definitely not recommend using UPS for anything unless you are looking for additional frustration and stress in your life.
