Absolutely Pathetic

Friday the 15/09/2017 I arrive at work and decide to check the status of my package. I see it is set for delivery today the 15th - by end of day. I phone an agent at around 12pm to find out what time it would be expected as I have to leave early, he says it will arrive before 4pm. Perfect! I phone again at 3:50pm as nothing has been delivered! Only to be told my package is not out for delivery because I still have to pay Customs on it. BUT NOBODY PHONES ME TO TELL ME!!!!! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT! Then I asked to speak to the manager and the guy hangs up on me!

I finally got through to Sibusiso who has helped me and thank you to him but the procedures are completely mixed up!! If I had known i had to pay I would have received my package today!
