UPS claim there is no physical address supp**** for delivery - I have provided the physical address 100 times and yet they claim they don't have it - I give up on the team responsible for delivery of parcels - even they own colleague - Lauren Johnson - is trying her best to push them to deliver but they wouldn't budge - maybe I should drive myself to Kempton Park and collect my parcel myself.
