A nightmare!

I ordered an item in portugal on the 28th of December, it arrived in south africa on the 1st of January, and then the nightmare began.

The package was cleared on the 3rd of January and released by customs. It is now 13 days later and i still dont have my package.

I have called the useless call centre half a dozen times, every time delivery is promised, then i get a call to confirm my address and from then on, nothing.

They had the nerve to tell me the business doesnt exist, meanwhile its a residential home, where i get parcels delivered at least three times a week. I have never seen a more useless courier service than UPS SA, PATHETIC!!!
