I received an invoice for the shipment that was held at their customs department on Tuesday 22 January 2019 which i immidiately paid and sent back proof of payment and they also confirmed that it has been received. Today their driver came to my place and hooted twice when i went to him he told me he is tired of hooting the whole day and drove off even when he could see i was coming to him. i then called their offices and spoke to Yolanda Siboyana who told me it will be scheduled for Monday. I am very disgusted by the service i got from this company all i want is my parcel.
