UNITED FISH AND CHIPS JOKES, NO PROFESSIONALISM OR CUSTOMER SERVICE; MY ORDER WAS SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE:/

If only I could give them a -5 stars, they sold my order without confirming with me. I drive insanely fast from work to arrive at the store 10mins before they close, only to get to the till and for the lady to say she sold my order, like wth. It was supposed to be supper. Yet I told the lady I would be there 10mins before 5pm. These people suck and are a waste of time. Hope no one else have this experience.
