Unauthorized billing

Good day,

There are debit order that went from my bank account that I did not authorize, I sent an e-mail to the financial institute to stop what they are doing and return my money, which they did not do. They did it again this month, i then went to my bank to ask them to reverse my money, but not all of it was reversed. I sent them an e-mail again telling them that I am going to report them.
