Unauhorised Debit Orders

When ging through my bank statement I notice debit order 3 for R45 an 1 for R95. I contacted my bank and they said I need to phone Absa. I e-mail Absa with all the debit order proof and they said I must contact my bank. Then I got hold of a telephone number. Contact it and spoke to Mbali Nxumalo. She reguest the proof and saud she will listen to the recording telehphone csll of 18 April 2017 when consultsnt Michelle call me. 2 hours later Mbali phone me back and said that she had listen toe the record and I did said to Michelle that I'm not interested in what she was selling. She said will request a refund. But she need my bank statement. For what ? Another *****e **** ? I send it to her on Friday and only received R244 refund ibstead of R960.
