Leaves a Sour Taste in My Mouth: Worst Blueberries I have Ever Tasted

<div>It is unclear to me whether or not United Exports and OZblu are separate companies; they seem to be closely affiliated, if not the same entity, nevertheless here is my review of OZblue blueberries, as supp**** to me by United Exports ... I purchased a tub of OZblue blueberries since I previously had enjoyed them. This time, however, they were sour. I brought this to the attention of OZblu. The response I received was requests for photographs of the packaging. I went out of my way to fulfil these requests by OZblu, and took multiple pictures for them and sent them to OZblu. I was told that they were investigating and would get back to me. A few days later I was contacted by OZblue and they said they wanted to give me something. I met with the OZblu agent, who gave me two tubs of OZblu blueberries and a R500 gift voucher for Checkers. This seemed to be a fair response from the company, however … Upon tasting the blueberries, they were VERY SOUR! Upon going to Checkers to spend the “R500 gift voucher” (I virtually never shop at Checkers so I went out of my way to go there) the cashier would not accept the gift voucher. I was told that there is supposed to be a card included with it! Not only did OZblu waste my time and money (I had to make multiple phone calls to them before the ‘right’ person got in touch with me) but they also made me look like a fool by giving me a false gift voucher! I informed the agent with whom I interacted about my experience, and that I have kept their sour berries for them if they want them back. I have never heard back from OZblue! I do NOT appreciate being ********** in such a manner!</div>
