Waiting for the lift...

Every time our lift breaks down, they take their time to fix it. I know it is an old building, but I'm sure most of the blocks of flats in Pretoria and Johannesburg are of similar age. Our complex are duplex flats on top of each other. I am on the 3rd floor, which means from the ba*****t it's almost 8 set of stairs to climb. Combine that with luggage or groceries that you've bought and you have a nightmare. The lift broke down in the last week of December. They didn't have the part. During the past week they couldn't get the part. Apparently the parts company only opened on Friday...really???
