Never ending nightmare

We are contracted to United Elevators because of Pretor that administer our block of flats in Pretoria -our lift broke down due to children that forced the lift open in august -United Elevators was then contracted to repair the lift --1ste they had to order the part -and could not tell us when the part would be available -After waiting a week the part come -and they spend the whole day replacing this part -but the lift was still not working - the next day the same person was back now still he could not get the lift to work and he left with the lift still being non-operational -this was on a Friday -The next Monday all calls were not returned untul more than one person made a very big noise -they then come that night -only now to say that the Pc board was broken -they did not take it -they only come back the next day late to take it -when I asked why this was not picked up the previous week -he said the person did they send does only know how to do one thing (but he come back the next day!!!) from there on it has been one excuse on the other -and of Couse they took long weekend without a worry about us -the contract to fix it with them 20 days later -and we
