Worst customer service and refused refund.

I paid 1500 for 10 lesson's on the 17th March 2015 ,that same day the Instructor(Nkosi) took me for a lesson and it wasn't just me.there were two of us and we both drove for 30 minutes each.I told the instructor it did not feel right for me to share my 1 hour with someone,i wanted the service i paid for.we then arranged to take lesson's on Saturdays and Sundays .That only happened once.after my lesson on the 5th he told me that he would come and fetch me for another lesson on the 6th which he didn't.I waited and called him since in the morning and he only got back to me on Wednesday late ,telling me he was drunk and left his phone with a cousin who stays in PTA.By then i had already taken 5 lesson's .on the 16th may 2015 we arranged for a drive on Monday the 18th ,i called his unanswered phone several times.i then called his office where Doreen told me she was not allowed to intervene with nkosi's clients and further promised to speak to him.days went by and non of them called me.i then went to Masole DS where i got my drive's license.United refused to refund me,i went to the small claim court and that's when i learnt that they moved to Kruis&Albert.United is the worst DS ever.
