No Delivery Ordered merchandise - friends birthday

I ordered Man United Merchandise from United Direct [URL Removed] and they still haven't delivered. I paid for delivery within 7-10 days and now when I get some feedback, Jordan Clarke said that they can only query after 20 working days. My friend who the present is for, is leaving for Abu Dhabi next week. Utterly disgusted with their customer service and general lack of caring.
