These people are ******** and full of *****, they phoned me asked if I have Edgars Account and they also confirmed my ID number so I was Edgars coz they have all my details they the next thing that lady I was speaking to ask me to hold for her manager ok fine I did, when the when the manager phoned asked me the very same question so I dropped the phone coz this not going anywhere and its was nonsense. Next thing on my Edgars statement there was a deduction for SMS and Data so I queried that with Edgars I was told the deduction was from United Connect....it was the first time am hearing about them, even those SMS's and Data which were deducted on my account I never received them.....

I don't know who are these United Connect and they so unprofessional and ******** people no wonder they work with Edgars its because they all sucks when its comes to customer care.
