***** ACCOUNT from UNITED CONNECT

I received 3 sms'e from them all different numbers but when you phone them it's the same company. In the sms'e it says my account have been activated and it give my I.D number. I never gave my I.D number to anyone and I haven't opened an account anywhere, so do not understand how they got my I.D number. When I phone them they give you 2 options but it doesn't matter which one you press it keeps going back to the menu.
