Complaint

This company debited my account on the date I never confirmed with them, I was called to be offered a cellphone contract, I was told another company will contact e and tell me which phone is it then it will be delivered but to my surprise I have never received the cell phone but my account is debited and not on the date I would have loved to be debited if I have received the cell phone this is all ********** to me. The lady Khathutshero Mudau was the one who contacted me for the contract . I was told I will be contacted after 2 days from the 18th as they needed to listen to the call recording till today no call. On the 18th of October 2018 I spoke to Sivu Mthembu who said Adele will contact me in vain.
