Payments complain

I'm working for a company named united services which is based at Durban the problem with the company is that it doesn't comply with legislation requirements for employment equity act,we work 10 hours a day and we are not being paid with a hourly rate of R25.42 we are only being paid a basic salary of R4600 while we work 6 day a week and Sundays are paid as a normal day we tried our best but nothing good came out
