Thank you UAL, thank you for the opportunity.

Today, I’m writing this with scars and tears. It’s such a bitter-sweet moment. I have no parents & I have a 1year old son. Before UAL I was depressed because I couldn’t afford both my son & myself. This job was my bread & butter, UAL saved my life. UAL turned my whole world around. I always thought I’d one day proudly say that I’ve worked for UAL for 30 years+ like most of our trainers and leads would say. March 28th, 2023 I was unfairly dismissed from UAL campaign in CCI Umhlanga Durban. The customers loved me & so did I because I delivered such great service. It was such a great journey as I was one of the agents who had landed the UAL campaign last year in April(Fight 1/wave1). I hope this message will find Mr Bryan Stoller & Mr Doug(Amandla Awethu✊🏾). Majority of the agents are fighting to be moved to other campaigns due to being mistreated, they are unhappy. Some of us were fired, some are resigning. Please save the rest of the remaining agents from being harshly & unfairly dismissed. I long and miss the days we had our trainers and support team on the floor because they showed us more love and care than our managers.
