Shocking

<p>I booked a flight under impression that I was using united flight shocking enough after paying I discovered I was using South African airways, I missed my flight to the the next destination as my flight was delayed with 10 hours, when we changed the flight dates we were changed more than the amount we purchased the tickets for . Be warned don't deal with united airlines they are ******. I don't understand why I was charged the amount I was charged really this is ridiculous. Can someone explain to me why I was asked to pay 16k for changing a ticket. The call center team is so unprofessional truly if you want peace of mind don't use this airline. After the delay no one bothered even giving us lunch these people are so unprofessional no one cares about customers. Really shocking. The entire team is so unprofessional even the so called team leaders </p>
