Poor Service and delays in payment from United African Stokvel

I'm severely disappointed in the poor Communication received from United African stokvel. I have had plans with them for a long time now and usually received great service from them but over the last 2 to 3 months have experienced nothing but delays , empty promises and no real communication. I have a payments that was due for payout on the 10th of April and 22nd of April and am still yet to receive both , its long past the 15 day grace period , i also have another payment which will be due on the 22nd of this month , I have been speaking to both Dawn and Enya and no one is able to give clear information on when payouts will be made . When enquiring to take out a new plan they were quick to get back to me , but for everything else they are avoiding me . I'm currently checking to see if there is anyone higher up i can speak to but am not getting information. Hopefully they will see the poor reviews piling up and get back to their clients.
