Payouts struggles

So disappointed in how they are handling communication,there is s huge problem but they are not transparent. Had an April payout,still waiting. Makes one wonder if you will ever get your money back. They started well but now this year it's a mess. I have 3 payouts for May, 2 for June,2 for July, 1 for August, 1 for September & 1 for November... Susan has been a star,she should be helping Enya to speak to the clients.
