Non payments

I've been investing with UASV for quite some time because they introduced their business model as investing in telecommunications and property. They use to honor payments until the recent mess. In January 2023, my children invested their savings meant for their matric farewell in September 2023. The payout was scheduled for July 2023. Upon observing that there are delays and non transparency with payments, I made a request to cancel the deal as I wanted to protect my children's money. Request for cancelation was made on 7 February 2023, through an email and watsapp. One of the consultants raised a clause of 21 days waiting period to receive the capital invested, which I have acknowledged as I was aware of and was willing to wait. Up to date my request of 3 months ago has not been honored by UASV and I'm being taken from pillar to post without concrete answers. The money invested is my children's savings which required their discipline to save it. They wouldn't have invested if you were transparent that you operate like ponzi schemes, they were assured that you are a legit business. Besides, this is not the only investment affected, I have others and still waiting for payouts. UASV look into my investments, and return my capital, I'm no longer interested in receiving the interest accumulated.
