No payout and no response of payout date

Im very unhappy with the conduct that is happening i have been sent from pillar to post with no straight answer with regards to payment. We rely on our payouts and this delay is just stories after stories, i hv to go around explaining to each person they select to deal with queries. My payout was supposed to be 6th april then i was told 15days grace period, 15days has passed we now in a new month honestly this is a disheartening because i was looking forward to invest more.
