No pay-out at end of 12 months term, no communication

I invested R50 000 in this stokvel in April 2022. I was due for a pay-out of R150 000 on 4 April 2023. I was told there's be a grace period of 15 days and that I would receive the pay-out on 28 April. No payment was made, and I was told I'd be paid in 15 instalments of R10 000 starting 9 May 2023 till August 2023, something they impose on you without even asking... 4 months to make a pay-out that is long outstanding. Still no payment received and they do not respond to calls or whatsapp messages. I cannot afford to lose so much money and I am a single parent who was trying to keep my child at school.

They blame loadshedding, high call volumes for not making payments and it's unbelievable!
