Investment lost

I started investing in Jan 2023 and everything was good and fine, they reminded me every month that my investment payment is due. When May came i saw on the Facebook group how people are complaining about their payouts. I contacted United African Stokvel to cancel my investment and requested a refund. This was on the 12th of June. They re**** very fast and said no problem it will take 21 days the refund department will contact me near the time. Since than i was advised that if i have any enquiry about my refund i should contact Enya. This woman is just ignoring all messages and calls. No one has contacted me till today. They can keep their interest all i want is the money i paid. This is really sad that they are running away with peoples hard earned money and that fact that so many people trusted them for so long.
