Horrifying experince

I started saving with them last year as I heard wonderful reviews, currently I am seeing horrors, they were able to take money on time via debit now its a problem, they talk about limits they have with NEDBANK or problems with investors, there is no transparency yet they still advertising special, can I please get paid my period for waiting ha been reached and if you don't realize you are in breach because the information i have stated the day I was supposed to get paid I became patient with the waiting period now its time get paid, I never gave excuses the money is needed for school fees for my studies I can afford delays caused by you guys hire more people if you have to but I want to pay school.
