Frustration over payments. Banks are better

I am honestly frustrated, my payment was due on the 5th of may and I was told to wait for the grace period which is today. Enya is not responding to my texts that money was for my graduation, I have borrowed money and the people want their money and I am busy coming up with stories. You guys had good reviews on facebook when I started but now I see your reputation has been *****ed by one star reviews. You keep saying please be patient but I have been patient enough with money that is mine. I will never recommend you guys, to think I almost got my family into this. they are telling me that I should accept that I have been and believe it is really starting to look like it. Even the banks don't play us like this. But then lesson learnt and never again, I still want my money.
