Forgotten investors

The hurt that I am feeling cannot be compared to anything in the world with this company. They keep making promises they can't fulfill and ignore us when we are trying to get answers. Kids are missing school because of unpaid fees What is really surprising is that when you WhatsApp them about investing you get an immediate answers but when you ask about your payment they take forever to answer. Anyone who can help us please do so. I really need serious help. I can't handle this stress anymore.
