Bad service! No payout made as per their promise

I am extremely disappointed with this Stokvel. I have different investment made with this Stokvel namely :10k which was expected to be paid as 30k by 11 April 2023 and the date was moved to 05 May 2023,and again moved to 09 May 2023. Have not even received a cent or any communication other that bull**** of excuses that they are being paid late by investors and are delayed to pay out clients. That's nonsensical, because why wait until you have ****, and when clients expect their payout, no one has bothered to send a formal communication to let the client's know before their payout dates that they are sinking in **** like this? So, now been told my payment schedule would be as follows for the 30k: 09 May= 5k,24 May =10k, 7 June=10k and 14 June =5k. So, the 5k did not happen at all, how do I ****en trust that the other dates will get payout? Secondly I have another saving of R22 521,92 which was due in 16th April 2023 and also with their 15 days grace period, expecting it to be paid on the 12 May 2023, however been talking to Kate, Dawn, Julie, Kim, and all seems to just play games sending me to Enya who is just clueless about payouts and had since promised to revert back to me with finance outcomes. I don't know what is going on, but what I do know is This is ****! that I am in with united African Stokvel. Additionally, I have invested 50 k which has to be 150k payout in June. When they are failing now to pay the 30k, how will they manage the 150k? Again I have another 30k due for payout in August 2023 and another R60 809.17 due for payout in November 2023. This is just a mess! Thinking back that this Stokvel paid so well in past 2 years. Now, this bull**** they are doing, have no idea where it is going. But, it's horrific that, my hard worked money invested with them it's just down the united African Stokvel and no one sees the need to care! If anyone wants to join, think twice!
