Unit 12, 209 Grosvenor St Hatfield not fit for occupation

Unit 12, 209 Grosvenor St Hatfield not fit for occupation. The owner has shared photos of the unit on booking.com that are not a true reflection of the unit. On the Hello Peter face book page I have shared photos take in a stay at the unit on 11 July. My confirmation number: 2970.002.464, As per the pictures, black moss is growing in the bathroom, the microwave has exploded on the inside, and the unit is dirty. The owner has sine denied in writing that the microwave is not from the property. I paid for the unit in advance they are refusing to give me a refund - Instead recommending sending in a maintenance team. My basis of refusal is that the pictures shared on booking.com are false advertising and no what the unit looks like, the maintenance required will be excessive and should have been performed before they took my money. Please be warned and do not fall prey to the false advertising provided by this property. Booking.com has also been notified and they have the complaint on record. Booking.com has recommended that the property owner provide a full refund or provide an alternative. They have confirmed they have no other units available and are refusing to provide a refund. Instead they are insisting on performing maintenance, that should have been done prior to taking money for the hire of the unit. Please be warned.
