Unhappy client

This place is a ****, I don't recommend anyone using it for blood results related issues. These people had to do a DNA for my late sister and the process started last week Monday on the 23rd after paying them R1500, we were told that results will be available after 3 days, 3 days came they never called it was us who called them and only to find out they took blood of the incorrect person (I'm not sure how this happened as they knew the details of my sister that they were supposed to draw blood from), they then **** on Friday and said they'll take new blood samples of my sister offwhcih they didn't.. We found out today that blood were never drawn after going to the mortuary to complain, we had supposed to berry our sister last week already but they're prolonging the process. Remember we still have to claim and wait for claim to pay out, if you're having the same problem as us don't ever use Unistel Laboratory for any services they're not reliable and pathethic
