Complaint

Poor service by Mariette, turnaround time not adhered to and she is extremely rude.

We want to bury our sister and we went to Unistel for DNA test, and it was advised that the turnaround time is 3 business days. We still have not received the results even though the process was started on the 23rd already and we paid money to them. Unistel has cost us alot, even worse a lady by the name of Mariette has put salt in our wound because of her bad service. We just want to burry our sister so she can rest in peace.
