Unistay Student Accommodation

I have been a student resident with UniStay for 2 years now and the accommodation definitely had its flaws the first year, they didn't really tend to our needs as students in terms of maintenance of the place and other matters, this year I changed to a different building but still under the same company, when I moved in there it was not long maybe for 2 weeks or even less, my laptop was ****** and its charger this is the shocking part of it, there was not forced entry whatsoever basically they unlocked my room with the key, took what they wanted and left. I tried to open a case but it was unsuccessful because I no longer had the serial number or just the necessary things that where need to open the case for my laptop so it was a dead end so I decided to let it go and buy a new one but of course we complained and made them aware of it and instead they told me there is nothing they can do because it does not align with the contracts Ts & Cs, my sister went there to tell them that they need to upgrade their security because it's very dangerous if someone can do something like this and get away with it that means we could get ****d and they would still find that it has nothing to do with them so they agreed to do the necessary precautions to avoid that from happening but that never happened instead I got ****** again on the 08 of December but this time around not only did they take my laptop and it's charger they also took my new pair of Air force A1s black ones and my old phone that I planned to have fixed or sell it for its parts and they stole my school USB, and still no one saw anything and it was still the same way no forced entry whatsoever because I was smart to not throw the laptop packaging so I just took the matter to the police to deal with it. I am writing here because I am try to caution anyone who is thinking of staying there or even going back there don't do it because you never know what could happen to you. They overcharge for everything that is their responsibility like maintenance things and it's can be a lot especially since you pay with debit order and all, I honestly would not recommend that accommodation for anyone
