THE WORST EXPERIENCE

Honestly RUN Away while you still have the opportunity to. I had thee Worst experience with this agency.They definitely do not take students seriously. If you want your parent or you as a client to be respected don’t set foot at Uni-stay.

A disappointment the whole experience was a waste of time and resources. I spoke to the agent by the name of Nolo, PLEASE!! if you need an agent that treats both you as the client with respect and someone who actually does their job don’t bother coming to this place.

Funny enough , Nolo a whole representative of Uni-stay will make sure to disregard any request or payment and will tell you to send an email for a place that has already been occupied. He will make empty promises and then run away when it comes to accountability.

I think I can safely say one has dodged a bullet as this company definitely shows a lack of urgency even when money is on the table their priorities are definitely in the incorrect order in essence, the company comes first the client comes last or should I even say that they take you seriously as a client. It’s definitely giving a ******* type of climate.
