Disappointed

I won't recommend unison to anyone I've tried to cancel my insurance with them after a long disagreements. I felt so low after paying it so many years with no fail. When I spoke to Tracey she assured me there is nothing they can do to help me but they kept debiting on my account after cancelling it I called them again I spoke to Rasieka but nothing was done. I'm disappointed and I just fell ****med by them,They have no consistency all thy know is to take our money even after cancellation.
