Zero service and student support ignored

Good day, We have been on hold for over 2 hours trying to get assistance regarding a supplement exam and various other queries pertaining to the new semester. One can not go to the regional office without an appointment and the only way to get an appointment is to call the call centre, where nobody answers. This is shocking!
